Life Coaching is a process of moving you from A to B, from your current situation to your objectives. As a life coach, my goal is to help you make a plan so that you can live the life that you truly want to live, and close the GAP between where you are today and where you want to be.

I use Strategic Intervention (also known as SI), a practical method for taking action in a strategic way to get things done so that human needs are fulfilled and elevated.

Numerous traditions of Strategic Intervention exist wherever human beings use extraordinary skill to bring about positive personal and cultural change. Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi are examples of masterful Strategic Interventionists that transcend the particularities of religion, culture, institution, job description, or political philosophy (as Strategic Intervention should.)

What distinguishes SI from other strategic studies is the belief that certain holistic solutions “snap into place” when more people’s needs are met, expressed, and elevated.

In short, you know that you have been settling for less than you can be across different areas of your life.

And today, you are ready to take action, you are ready to take your life to the next level, you are ready to Ignite your SPARK and feel alive and fulfilled.

It all starts with an initial complimentary discovery session, designed and structured to allow us to get to know each other better. You’ll tell me more about why you want coaching and what kind of support you’re looking for.

We’ll discuss where your life is today, what changes you want to make, goals you want to achieve, and about the lifestyle you ultimately want for yourself. This conversation generally last 30 to 45 minutes and it alone provides such valuable insight that many leave this session already with a greater level of clarity and a much brighter picture of their future.

If we both feel that we are a good match for coaching I will propose the best coaching options that will be most ideal for your situation, and the most strategic way forward so that you can start getting the results you want as soon as possible.

Life coaching and therapy are both great tools for self-discovery. And while there may be some overlap between the two, in that they help you understand yourself better, they do differ in both their focus and their approach.

Coaching is a dynamic discipline designed to help motivate and inspire people to achieve more than they believe is possible. If you would like to take your life to the next level and make positive changes, then life coaching is for you.
